The first new alternative, identified as
Alternative Street Layout #3 as shown on Exhibits D & E, has the following features as
compared to the last layout, which is referred to as Layout #2 and is shown on Exhibits
A, B and C:

No cul-de-sac bulb or turnaround at the south end of existing Argon St. (south of
142nd Avenue) in the northeast corner of Mallard Ponds; and

Barium Street being one way southbound between 141st Avenue and Argon
Street within the Mallard Ponds Development.

The second new alternative is identified as Alternative Street Layout #4 and is shown on
Exhibits F and G. Like Layout #3, no cul-de-sac bulb or turnaround is provided at the
south end of existing Argon Street. In addition, Barium Street is not extended south into
Mallard Ponds from its current termination point at the north plat line (soqth of 141st
Avenue).

The trip generation from the Mallard Ponds Development remains unchanged from the
March 20th report and is provided on Table I as found on the next page. Likewise, the
assumed trip distribution on the surrounding arterial-collector street system remains
unchanged from the previous two (2) reports and is graphically depicted on attached
Exhibit A.

\~Ha01\Shared Docs\Munlcipal~RAMSEY~2157~ra2157TIS4-00.doc

245
