The cost <br />participation of the traffic control signal pay items' for this <br />project shall be covered in the Municipal Agreement, between the <br />City and the State. <br /> <br /> 3. The construction work provided for herein shall be <br />under the direction and supervision of the City. It is agreed, <br />however, that the State shall have the right to periodically <br />inspect said cost sharing construction work. <br /> <br /> 4. The City shall be responsible for the cost and <br /> application to secure an adequate power supply to the service <br /> pads or poles. Upon completion of said new traffic control <br /> signals with street lights and internally illuminated signing <br /> (Systems "B", "C" and "D"), the City shall provide payment'of the <br /> monthly electrical service for operation at the cost and expense <br /> of the City. <br /> <br /> 5. Upon completion of the work contemplated in <br /> Paragraph 2 (System "B") hereof, the responsibility for the new <br /> traffic control signal is as follows: a) It shall be the <br /> County's responsibility, at its cost and expense, to: (1) relamp <br /> the new traffic control signal; and (2) clean and paint the new <br /> traffic control signal and cabinet; b) It shall be the City's <br /> <br />.79972M <br />3 <br /> <br />363 <br /> <br /> <br />
