Pamela Miller, currently a half time secretary with <br />the City, submitted a letter of interest for the position. Ms. Miller had completed her <br />probationary period for her current half time position with the City on March 20, 2000 <br />thereby making her eligible to submit a letter of interest for the half time position vacated <br />by Ms. Rybak.. By adding mother half time position, she would then become a full time <br />employee. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff is recommending that the Council authorize removing Pamela Miller fi:om her first <br />probationary period. Furthermore, staff is recommending the hiring of Ms. Miller to fill <br />the other half time secretary position effective April 26, 2000, contingent upon successful <br />completion of a six month probationary period.
