The position was advertised and six applications were received. Five of the <br />six applicants were interviewed on April 20, 2000. The interview panel consisted of the <br />Director of Public Works, City Engineer, Human Resources Manager, Scott Erickson <br />(Andover City Engineer) and Dave Hutton from WSB & Associates.
