Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #00-04- RESOLUTION RESCHEDULING PUBLIC It-EARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #00-27 (SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN 'EXTENSION TO B & B CARPET AND CITY 1,VIDE DOOR CO.) WHEREAS, on March 28, 2000, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #00-03- 070 receiving a report, prepared by City Engineer Steve Jankowski with reference to Improvement Project #00-27 (Sanitary Sewer and Watermain Extension to B & B Carpet and City Wide Door Co.), and scheduling a public hearing on the matter to be held April 25, 2000; and WltEREAS, due to an oversight the Notice of Public Hearing was not published in the official newspaper as required by law. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: l) That the public hearing on the improvement of sanitary sewer and watermain extension to B & B Carpet and City Wide Door Co. (Improvement Project #00-27) shall be rescheduled to the [}th day of May, 2000, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m., and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the fo[egoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 25th day of April 2000.
