OF MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF <br />TRANSPORTATION REGARDING CONSTRUCTION OF FRONTAGE ROAD ON <br />TRUNK HIGHWAY #10 WEST OF COUNTY ROAD #56 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City of Ramsey enter into Mn/DOT Agreement No. 79692 with the State of <br /> Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes: <br /> <br /> To provide for a lump sum payme, g.t..b;y,$h.e .Sta. t.e,.to the City for the State's share of the costs <br /> of the trunk highway access and frontage road construction and other associated construction <br /> performed on the north side of Trunk. Highway-No. 10 and west of County Road No. 56 <br /> within the corporate City limits under State Project No. 0202-77 (T.H. 10=003). <br /> <br />2) That the Mayor and City Administrat, or. are l~ereby authorized to execute such agreement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption.of the foregoir~g resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember __ <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same; .... <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared .duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 25th day of April 2000.
