Brooklyn Brooklyn Center limits the number of off-sale <br />Center liquor establishments to 18. There is no <br /> criteria established for location other than the <br /> regular zoning requirements. They have no <br /> stipulations at all about how far each <br /> establishment has to be from one another. <br />Oak Grov~ The City Clerk was not in when I called. <br />Ham Lake Currently has 3 Ham Lake has the following criteria: One off- <br /> sale liquor license for each 5,000 residents or <br /> fractional part thereof. Their population is at <br /> 12,700, so they will not approve any more <br /> licenses. <br />Coon Currently has 6 Coon Rapids limits their number of off-sale <br />Rapids liquor licenses to six and they currently have <br /> six. The criteria for limitation is that the liquor <br /> store has to be a one-mile radius from one <br /> another and have a minimum square foot <br /> building of 2,500. <br />Blaine Currently has 6 Blaine does limit the number of off-sale liquor <br /> establishments and it used to be based on the <br /> one-mile radius limitation. In 1999, they <br /> added the criteria of one license for every <br /> 7,000 people - so six licenses are it for Blaine. <br /> <br /> <br />
