5. Closing <br /> <br />Closing shall be held on or about <br /> <br />, at <br /> <br />6. Miscellaneous <br /> <br />A. Congregational Approval <br /> <br />LOL represents that it has obtained the approval of its congregation authorizing the land <br />exchange. <br /> <br />B. Environmental Inspection <br /> <br />Prior to closing, either party may, at any time, enter upon the property of the other for the <br />purpose of conducting such environmental inspections, including the taking of soil borings.
