Norman, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you know, City Charter requires that an ordinance be passed in order to convey title to real <br />property. Pursuant to the TIF Agreement, the City has conveyed title to Mateski <br />LLC/Systematic Refrigeration for Lot 1, Block 1, Business Park 95 Eighth Addition and, <br />therefore, it is necessary to pass an ordinance. The City has previously, by entering into the <br />development agreement on this project, approved the sale.
