ORDINANCE #00- <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED <br />PROPERTY LOCATED 1N THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. PURPOSE <br /> <br />It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City to sell certain real property which <br />property the City Council has determined is no longer necessary for the City's purposes. This <br />chapter is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.05 of the City Charter. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br /> <br />The City Council hereby declares the following legally described real property owned by the <br />City, as surplus property and hereby authorizes sale of att or a part of said property. Said <br />property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Business Park 95 Eighth Addition, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE <br /> <br />The City Council has by a properly enacted resolution determined the consideration and terms <br />upon which the above-described property may be sold. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br />This Ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and thirty (30) days after its pUblication <br />according to law, subject to City Charter Provision, Section 5.04. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, the day of__ <br /> <br />.,2000. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
