The marathon would be held at the Paintball Pro indoor paintball <br />course, which is located at 6390 McKinley Street NW. Staffrequested detailed information from <br />Mr. Nystel relating to parking issues, noise level, whether or not alcohol would be served, and <br />number of people they are planning for, security, etc. Mr. Nystel provided a very detailed report, <br />which is attached to this case for your review. <br /> <br />Because of school, Mr. Nystel will not be able to attend the Council meeting on Tuesday. He <br />indicated that he will call staff Tuesday morning before the meeting to answer any questions <br />Council may have upon receiving the information. He is anxious to begin promoting/advertising <br />the event. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to approve/not approve the request of Mr. Nystel, G.P.
