Planning Commission directed City Staffto work with Mr. Hanson and ACE Solid Waste <br />to try and develop a reasonable screening plan on the common property line. <br /> <br />City Staff, ACE Solid Waste, and a representative from Bake Star are going to meet on <br />Friday, May 19, 2000 to discuss intensifying the screening along the common property <br />line of Bake Star and ACE Solid Waste. <br /> <br />Verification of wetlands on the site will be determined and a report will be presented <br />verbally at the Council meeting. Staff is also researching the status of Azurite Street and <br />the appropriate course of action. <br /> <br />The Development Agreement approved on April 25, 2000 for the Office/Truck Terminal <br />has been amended to include the Transfer Station. The amended Development <br />Agreement states under the Improvement Construction Schedule Paragraph that Phase I, <br />which is the Office/Truck Terminal, must be completed by May 30, 2001.
