A more in-depth analysis, including a Comprehensive Plan, could cost in the range of $12,000 - $18,000. The higher ends of these ranges typically occurs when a community is unable to provide clear direction of its objectives or changes the requirements multiple times. To the degree that the City is able to provide greater and/or quicker definition of its objectives and minimize changes or additions to our analysis, the final cost should be lower. Please keep in mind that this is an estimate and not a quote. We are able to provide exact quotes only when the project is very well defined. For clients with budgeting concerns or approval requirements, we are happy to work with them to develop Not to Exceed (NTE) values or phased projects. Other Assistance: Reasonable assistance will be required of City staff, and such assistance will help minimize costs to the City. This assistance primarily consists of providing COMP COMIVl the information necessary to complete our analysis, including known sites of existing wireless towers and other potentially suitable structures, current zoning maps for the City, a copy of the existing Ordinance, and any other area-specific information that might be relevant to our analysis. We also ask that you designate a representative to act as our single point of contact for information or assistance. The more information the City is able to provide about the unique characteristics of the area and its requirements, the better and more successful the plan is likely to be. Timeframe: We appreciate the impact that completion of a project such as this can have on a community and therefore work conscientiously to complete all projects quickly and efficiently. CoMP COMM is prepared to begin working on this project within two weeks of approval by the City, and could complete the project as described above within 6-8 weeks of starting. Retainer: We will request a retainer of $1,500, which will be applied to the final invoice for our services. Contract: We can develop a Professional Services Agreement for this project for your signature and work to incorporate any specific City contracting or purchasing requirements. Because of the' limited size of the project, and in order to expedite the project, we would be prepared to undertake this work with just the retainer and a Letter of Authorization referencing this proposal. Billing: COMP COMM invoices monthly with payments due in 30 days. We will invoice the City directly for our services. COMP COMM has consulted in wireless communications since 1975.
