Staff is <br />directed to obtain a rendering of the lettering style for approval. Any logo would be an <br />addendum to the specifications or a change order if decided after the bid is submitted. <br /> <br />The City will reserve the right to award to the lowest bidder of the style of tank the City <br />deems to be in its best interests. Three separate tank styles are allowed by the documents. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />None required, unless any of the above are not desired by the Council, <br /> <br />Committee Input: <br /> <br />Following the scheduled cases the Committee directed the following: <br /> <br />Regarding the Anoka County Highway Plan, it was recommended that the City request in <br />writing that Anoka County ac'knowledges that it would modify its transportation plans to <br />revise the location of the Anoka-Dayton bridge crossing consistent with the City's latest <br />Comprehensive Plan. Furthermore, the revisions of the bridge location should include the <br />issue of the proposed transference of the jurisdiction trade of T.H. #47 and CR #56 between <br />the State and Anoka County. <br /> <br />Regarding the existing "Preservation" status of T.H.#47, it was recommended that steps be <br />initiated to define the process and pursue the change in classification to a higher status. It <br />was suggested that Len Levine may be useful in accomplishing this task. <br /> <br />Regarding the North Star Corridor, it was recommended that the following question be posed <br />to both Anoka County and the City of Anoka regarding light rail. <br /> <br />How will potential riders access the Anoka site given the current status of Highway #10 <br />and T.H. #47, CR #116, and Anoka City collection streets? <br /> <br />Regarding the 164~h Lane storm sewer, it was recommended that the City Attorney pursue a <br />counter response to Anoka County on the subject of funding participation.
