Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR FULL-TiME <br />PUBLIC WORKS MAINTENANCE WORKER BRIAN SWANSON <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Brian Swanson was hired as a full-time Public Works Maintenance <br />Worker for the City of Ramsey and began work on May 10, 1999, subject to a six-month <br />probationary period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Brian Swanson's probationary period was extended for 90 days <br />effective December 14, 1999; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Brian Swanson successfully completed his extended probationary <br />period and his performance was documented by the Director of Public Works and <br />supervisory staff; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Persormel Committee, at its March 14, 2000 meeting agreed <br />with the staffrecommendation to end the probationary period for full-time Public Works <br />Maintenance Worker Brian Swanson, effective March 14, 2000. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for full-time Public Works <br />Maintenance Worker Brian Swanson effective March 14, 2000. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 23rd day of May 2000. <br /> <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
