I I I I Councilmember , introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #00-05-XX A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR DRAINAGE EASEMENT TO BE VACATED IN NORTHFORK HIGHLANDS WItEREAS, on July 11, 1995 the Ramsey City Council adopted Ordinance #95-12 vacating a dedicated drainage easement on Lots 10 and 11 of Block 1 in Northfork Highlands Addition; and WItEREAS, Ordinance #95-12 was not recorded at Anoka County Property Records; and WHEREAS, in 1996 City Staff approved an administrative subdivision to realign the common property lines between Lots 11, 12 and 13 of Block 1 in Northfork Highlands; and WltEREAS, the administrative subdivision was recorded at Anoka County Property Records and the legal description for Lot 11 changed to Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 165; and WHEREAS, City Staff is intending to properly record Ordinance #95-12 and it is necessary to correct the legal description for Lot 11 per the results of the administrative subdivision approved and recorded at Anoka County in 1996. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That City Staff execute a revision to Ordinance #95-12 for the purpose of revising the legal description of Lot 11, Block 1, Northfork Highlands to Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 165. 2) That City Staff record Ordinance #95-12, Revision Dated May 23, 2000, at Anoka County Property Records. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 23rd day of May, 2000.
