ORDINANCE NO. 95-12 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY. This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated drainage and utility easements is hereby vacated, to-wit: All that part of Lot 10, Block 1, NORTHFORK HIGHLANDS ADDITION, and all that part of Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 165, according to the plat and the registered land survey, both on record in the Anoka County Courthouse, Anoka County, Minnesota, which lies northerly, easterly and southerly of the following described line: Beginning at the northwesterly comer of said Lot 10; thence at right angles to the northwesterly line-of said Lot 10, South 33 degrees 07 minutes 06 seconds East 20.00 feet; thence North 55 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds East t30.42 feet; thence South 34 degrees 11 minutes 55 seconds East 265.77 feet, thence South 48 degrees 43 minutes 50 seconds West 253.28 feet; thence South 34 degrees 28 minutes 02 seconds East 20.00 feet to the southerly line of said Tract A, said point lying North 55 degrees 31 minutes 58 seconds East 15.00 feet from the most southerly comer of said Tract A, and there terminating. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication subject to the City Charter Section 5.07. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Ramsey this the 1 lth day of July, 1995.
