Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #00-05-XX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR THE BITUMINOUS PAVING OF IQUANA <br />STREET (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #99-12) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution #00-04-100 adopted by the Ramsey City Council on <br />April 25, 2000, the City Engineer has prepared contract documents and specifications for <br />Improvement Project #99-12 and has presented such contract documents and specifications to the <br />Council for approval; and <br /> <br />NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />That such contract documents and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br />made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That such publishing of the advertisement for bids for Improvement Project #99-12 is <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 23rd day of May 2000. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />0_-8 <br /> <br /> <br />
