Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #00-06- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO VALLEY VIEW ACRES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Philip Johnson hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied <br />for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />The South 660 feet of the following described parcel: The East half of the <br />Northeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 32, Range 25, EXCEPT the West 60 <br />acres thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. (5 acres) The South 660 feet of the <br />West half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 32, Range 25, <br />EXCEPT the East 990 feet thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. (5 acres) <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />That part of the West half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying West of the East 990 feet thereof and <br />lying North of the South 660 feet thereof. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />That part of the East half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying East of the West 60 acres thereof and <br />lying North of the South 660 feet thereof. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City received application for Valley View Acres on February 11, 2000; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on March 6, 2000; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on April 4, 2000, <br />and recommended preliminary plat approval; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, park dedication requirements were set forth by the Park Commission on <br />April 13, 2000, for a cash payment in the amount of $1,200 per lot for Lots 1, 2, and 3. The <br />existing homestead on Lot 4 was exempted from Park Dedication requirements. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on May 9, 2000, and approved the <br />preliminary plat for Valley View Acres; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received plans for final plat approval of Valley View Acres on <br />June 12, 2000; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />112 <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />!' <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
