Drainage from this roadway shall be <br />directed to the low area identified as Outlots A and B of Rodeo Hills Estates. The proposed lowest <br />floor elevations are identified on the preliminary plat and are based upon the 100-year flood <br />elevations of Ford Brook. The lowest floor elevations may be higher than those stated on the <br />preliminary plat, and likely will conform to the adjacent topography. <br /> <br />Stormwater Management Fee: The City has a stormwater management fee of $366.00 per unit <br />that will be collected on the two (2) vacant lots (2 and 3) and the lot just recently developed (1). <br /> <br />Park Dedication: Park dedication fees will consist of a cash payment in the amount of $1,200 <br />dollar per lot for the three (3) newly created lots. <br /> <br />Park Trail Development Fee: The City has enacted a trail fee at a rate of $300 per new lot that <br />will also be collected for three (3) lots. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday, June 27, 2000 to consider your request <br />for final plat approval of Valley View Acres. It is important that you, or your representative, be <br />present at the meeting to answer any questions that may arise.
