CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT VALLEY VIEW ACRES THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY OF RAMSEY, a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota (the "CITY"), and PHILIP JOHNSON, whose address is 6361 178th Lane NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, ("the DEVELOPER"). WlTNESSETH: WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER is the fee owner of the following described property situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described as follows: The South 660 feet of the following described parcel: The East half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 32, Range 25, EXCEPT the West 60 acres thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. (5 acres) The South 660 feet of the West half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 32, Range 25, EXCEPT the East 990 feet thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. (5 acres) and That part of the West half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying West of the East 990 feet thereof and lying North of the South 660 feet thereof. and That part of the East half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying East of the West 60 acres thereof and lying North of the South 660 feet thereof.
