CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> VALLEY VIEW ACRES <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota (the "CITY"), and PHILIP JOHNSON, <br />whose address is 6361 178th Lane NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, ("the DEVELOPER"). <br /> WlTNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER is the fee owner of the following described property <br />situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />The South 660 feet of the following described parcel: The East half of the <br />Northeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 32, Range 25, EXCEPT the West 60 <br />acres thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. (5 acres) The South 660 feet of the <br />West half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 32, Range 25, <br />EXCEPT the East 990 feet thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota.
