16. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />I8. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($1,200.00) for each of the three (3) new lots created. <br />Lot 4, the existing homestead, is exempt from this fee. <br /> <br />Park Trail Development Fee. The City Council has enacted a trail development fee in <br />the amount of Three Hundred Dollars and no cents ($300.00) per lot. Lot 4, the existing <br />homestead, is exempt from this fee. Therefore, a payment in the amount of Nine <br />Hundred Dollars and no cents ($900.00) is due at the City prior to releasing the Final Plat <br />for recording. <br /> <br />Stormwater Management Fee. The CITY has enacted a Stormwater Management Fee <br />in the amount of One Thousand Ninety-Eight Dollars and no cents ($366.00) per unit. <br />Lot 4, the existing homestead, is considered by the CITY to be exempt from this fee. <br />This obligation must be fulfilled prior to the CITY releasing the Final Plat for recording. <br /> <br />Tree Plantin!~ Plan. In accordance with City Code and the policy established by the <br />City of Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission on June I0, 1993, the DEVELOPER <br />is required to submit a Landscape Plan for CITY approval that identifies existing tree <br />growth within the Plat and new plantings. <br /> <br />Tree Disease Prevention. The DEVELOPER shall prevent the introduction and spread <br />of tree disease into the residue tree populations of the Plat and adjoining properties and <br />reduce the impacts of construction on the residual property of the Plat and adjoining <br />properties. The DEVELOPER in order to accomplish this shall: <br /> <br />Install physical barriers such as snow fence, around trees that are to remain. The fencing <br />shall be located at the dripline of these remaining trees. <br /> <br />Insure that all equipment operators will have readily available, a tree wound dressing and <br />will apply it immediately to damaged oak trees if wounding occurs from April 15 through <br />July 15. <br /> <br />Insure that trees will only be skidded against other trees that are to be removed. Trees in <br />the middle twenty feet (20') of road easement will be removed first, with remaining trees <br />to be skidded toward the middle of the road easement. This same procedure will apply to <br />building sites. <br /> <br />Mature trees, especially oak and elm, adjoining an easement so that roots enter the <br />disturbed construction area shall first be severed by a vibratory plow to prevent <br />shattering, scraping and exposure of roots of high value trees on adjoining property. <br /> <br />Recognized trees of value, suitable for tree spade removal and that would otherwise be <br />destroyed, shall be identified with ribbon and offered to the CITY at least five (5) days <br />prior to destruction. <br /> <br />118 <br /> <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I' <br /> <br />I <br />I: <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
