Mayor introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #00-06-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING 2000 SCHEDULE OF RATES, FEES AND CHARGES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the City Council meeting on June 27, 2000, Staff recommended <br />amendment of the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved the 2000 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges at <br />their regular meeting on December 14, 1999; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges to include <br />Storm Drainage Utility rates. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges is hereby amended to include a residential <br /> storm drainage utility rate of $6.30 per quarter and a Commercial/Industrial storm <br /> drainage utility rate based upon Engineers calculations at $25.20/REU. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 27th day of June, 2000. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />190 <br /> <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> <br />! <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I' <br /> <br /> <br />
