142 <br /> <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #00-08- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING 2000 SCHEDULE OF tL~TES, FEES AND CHARGES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the current Schedule of Rates and Charges adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council under Resolution #99-12-230 on December 14, 1999, establishes a plan check fee equal <br />to 65% of the building permit fee; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Schedule of Rates and Charges does not take into consideration that a <br />plan check is only performed on the first structure in multi-family developments consisting of 2 <br />or more identical structures; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Building Official has recommended that the plan check fee for the <br />second and subsequent building permits for identical structures within a multi-family project area <br />be charged a Fifty.
