CITY OF RAMSEY <br />DEVELOPMENT PEi:~MIT <br />CI-I.,~LI CH TRUCK/NG <br /> <br />On__ 2000, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Chalich <br />Trucking Inc., a Minnesota corporation, ("Permittee") to construct a 1,568 square foot office <br />building ("Structures") on the property which is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Hauser Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />the ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to §9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. Alt building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered <br />engineer or architect. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIz~N'CE. The structures shalI be constructed in <br />accordance w/th the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed on the Site <br />as shown on the Site Plan prepared by KLH Drafting & Design dated July 24, 2000, <br />revision date <br /> <br />SITE PREP.43La. TION. Al1 site grading and drainage shall be subject to approval, by <br />the City Engineer. <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permit-tee shall construct and install the <br />following site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and <br />location as shown on the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: <br /> <br />Site grading in accordance with the approved Grading Plan prepared by K_LH <br />Drafting & Design, dated July 24, 2000, revision date <br />Installation of bituminous driveways, parking lots and maneuvering areas. <br />Installation of B-6/12 continuous concrete curbing around the perimeter of ali <br />bituminous surfaces. <br />Establishment of turf in areas disturbed during construction. <br />Landscaping in accordance with the Landscape Plan prepared by KLH Drafting & <br />Design, dated July 24, 2000, revision dated <br /> <br />("Required Improvements) <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
