CITY OF RAMSEY DEVELOPMENT PEi:~MIT CI-I.,~LI CH TRUCK/NG On__ 2000, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Chalich Trucking Inc., a Minnesota corporation, ("Permittee") to construct a 1,568 square foot office building ("Structures") on the property which is legally described as follows: Lot 1, Block 1, Hauser Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota the ("Site"). This approval is issued pursuant to §9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: STRUCTURE. Alt building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or architect. STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIz~N'CE. The structures shalI be constructed in accordance w/th the requirements of the State Building Code. SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed on the Site as shown on the Site Plan prepared by KLH Drafting & Design dated July 24, 2000, revision date SITE PREP.43La. TION. Al1 site grading and drainage shall be subject to approval, by the City Engineer. REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permit-tee shall construct and install the following site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location as shown on the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: Site grading in accordance with the approved Grading Plan prepared by K_LH Drafting & Design, dated July 24, 2000, revision date Installation of bituminous driveways, parking lots and maneuvering areas. Installation of B-6/12 continuous concrete curbing around the perimeter of ali bituminous surfaces. Establishment of turf in areas disturbed during construction. Landscaping in accordance with the Landscape Plan prepared by KLH Drafting & Design, dated July 24, 2000, revision dated ("Required Improvements) I I
