170 <br /> <br />that a curb be placed along the Northeasterly edge of the driveway to prevent erosion and <br />drainage onto the adjacent parcel which is located only five feet fi:om the edge of' the <br />driveway. <br /> <br />The Park and Utilities Supervisor reviewed the landscaping plan and has requested some <br />additional foundation landscaping and variation in tree species from the salvaged trees. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission reviewed Boilermakers site plan at their regular meeting on <br />July 10, 2000. The applicants noted the difficulties associated with installing curbing <br />around existing pavement.
