I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I. <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />CITY OF ILA2~ISEY <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />BOILERlVL~KERS # 647 <br /> <br />On August 8, 2000, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to <br />Boilermakers #647, a tax exempt union ("Permittee") to construct a 2,016 square foot onto the <br />existing building ("Structures") on the property which is iegally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey Commercial Park, ?a addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />the ("Site "). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to §9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered <br />engineer or architect. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIAxNCE. The structures shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed on the Site <br />as shown on the Site Plan prepared by Abendroth, Rego & Youngquist Architects, <br />Inc.dated May 15, 2000, revision date July 26, 2000 and ,2000. <br /> <br />SITE PREPARATION. All site grading and drainage shall be subject to approval by <br />the City Engineer. <br /> <br />REQUIRED IxMPROVEME?qTS. The Permit-tee shall construct and install the <br />following site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and <br />location as shown on the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: <br /> <br />Site ~ading in accordance with the approved Grading Plan prepared by <br />Abendroth, Rego & Youngquist Architects, Inc. dated May 15, 2000, revision <br />date July 26, 2000 and ...... 2000. <br />Installation of bituminous driveways, parldng lots and maneuvering areas. <br />Installation of B-612 continuous concrete curbing on the north, side of the parking <br />area. <br /> <br />Establishment of tuff in areas disturbed during construction. <br />Landscaping in accordance with the Site/Landscaping Plan prepared by <br />Abendroth, Kego & Youngquist Architects, Inc. dated May 15, 2000, revision <br />date July 26, 2000 and ,2000. <br /> <br />179 <br /> <br /> <br />
