Evidence that the Real Property and, if applicable, the Facility and the contemplated use <br /> thereof are permitted by and.comply with all applicable use or other restrictions and <br /> requirements imposed by applicable zoning ordinances or regulations, and have been duly <br /> approved by the applicable municipal or governmental authorities having jurisdiction. <br />8, Evidence that all applicable and required permits, bonds and licenses necessary for the <br /> operation of the Real Property and, if applicable, the Facility in the manner specified in the <br /> application have been paid for and issued, other than those permits, bonds and licenses <br /> which may not lawfully be obtained until a future date and/or those permits, bonds, and <br /> licenses which in the ordinary course of business would normally not be obtained until a <br /> later date. <br />9. Evidence that the Grant Recipient has fully complied with the matching funds requirements <br /> contained in the Grant Agreement. <br />10.Evidence of compliance with the provisions and requirements specified in Section 5.08 of <br /> the Grant Agreement and all additional applicable provision requirements contained in <br /> Minn.
