Evidence that the Real Property and, if applicable, the Facility and the contemplated use thereof are permitted by and.comply with all applicable use or other restrictions and requirements imposed by applicable zoning ordinances or regulations, and have been duly approved by the applicable municipal or governmental authorities having jurisdiction. 8, Evidence that all applicable and required permits, bonds and licenses necessary for the operation of the Real Property and, if applicable, the Facility in the manner specified in the application have been paid for and issued, other than those permits, bonds and licenses which may not lawfully be obtained until a future date and/or those permits, bonds, and licenses which in the ordinary course of business would normally not be obtained until a later date. 9. Evidence that the Grant Recipient has fully complied with the matching funds requirements contained in the Grant Agreement. 10.Evidence of compliance with the provisions and requirements specified in Section 5.08 of the Grant Agreement and all additional applicable provision requirements contained in Minn. Stat. Section I6B.335. 1 I.In addition to' the items required above bl through 10, those items that are required under the provisions of the Disbursement Agreement.
