76 <br /> <br /> APPLICATION ILNSTRUCTIONS <br /> Youth Enrichment Grants <br /> <br /> Minnesota Amateur Sports Commission <br />Minnesota Department of Children, Families & Learning <br /> <br />Applications for funds available to design, furnish, equip, renovate, replace, or construct Parks <br />and recreation facilities, school facilities and soccer fields & athletic facilities under Minnesota <br />State law will be evaluated on the basis of the information provided. Applicants should <br />complete the applicant data form found on the following page and attach it to their application <br />for funds. Applicants should provide all information required in the Application Including <br />Predesig~ Project Components section. Applicants should follow [he format, addressing each <br />item and number sections accordingly. Please indicate if a particular item is not applicable, and <br />explain why it is not. Pages should be numbered and an index of sections included.
