revised September 22, 2010, including revising the footprint of the proposed building in order to
meet setback requirements.
Further discussion: Councilmember Elvig stated he is concerned about the south side. We want
some real curb appeal from Highway #10. He is concerned we do the same on Civic Drive.
Maybe put another decorative eyebrow on the back of the building as well if that's not too costly.
Mayor Ramsey stated that would be addressed in the final plat approval. Mr. Deal stated there is
another arch on the back.
Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Wise, Elvig, Jeffrey, Look, and
McGlone. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Dehen.
Councilmember Dehen arrived — 6:50 p.m.
MAYOR/COUNCIL /STAFF INPUT
VA Groundbreaking
City Administrator Ulrich stated that the groundbreaking for the new VA clinic is scheduled for
Tuesday, October 19. We want to make it a big event and hope to do a promotion on the rail.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Councilmember Look and seconded by Councilmember Wise to adjourn the meeting.
Motion carried.
