-220- <br /> <br />A temporary,, modular structure is located on the property, and is being used by RV <br />Wholesalers (a tenant of City Wide Door Co.). The modular structure is not a legal <br />permitted structure and has not received the necessary permits from the City. The <br />applicant has a~eed to remove the modular structure before constructing the proposed <br />addition. <br /> <br />The drainage plan is proposing to discharge into a detention pond located on the <br />adjoining property to the east (Deal Commercial Center). City Wide Door Company is <br />required to provide evidence of sufficient capacity and permission to direct stormwater <br />runoff to the sedimentation pond on Deal Center before any building perm/ts will be <br />issued. , <br /> <br />The Planning Commission met on August 1, 2000 to review the site plan. Discussion <br />occurred on the landscape and drainage plans in order to verif-y that City Codes are being <br />met. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission recommended approval of City Wide Door Company's site <br />plan contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated July 28, 2000 and <br />resolution of a landscape plan and the drainage plan. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to grant/deny site plan approval to City Wide Door Company contLngent upon <br />compliance with the City StaffReview Letter dated July 28, 2000. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />Community..
