CITY OF R.4&ISEY <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />CITY-WIDE G.4J:~GE DOOR, INC. <br /> <br />On August 22, 2000, Site Plan approval was granted by the City, of Ramsey ("City") to City- <br />Wide Garage Door, Inc. ("Permit-tee"), a Minnesota corporation, to construct a 7,200 square foot <br />addition to the principal building ("Expansion") on the property which is generally known as <br />6845 Hwy. #10 N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of Lot 3, Auditor's Subdivision No. 3 I, described as follows: Beginning at the <br />southwest comer of said lot, then southeasterly along the southerly line of said lot 450 <br />feet, then north ~d parallel with the west line thereof 385.04 feet to the north line of <br />said lot, then northwesterly along said northerly line 447.09 feet to the northwest comer <br />thereof, then south along the west line of said lot to point of beginning. Subject to <br />easements of record. <br /> <br />the ("Bite"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to §9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structure shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code and R.amsey Zoning Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COlVI. PLL42gCE. The Expansion shall be sited and constructed on the Site <br />as shown on the Site & Landscape Plan prepared by Klick Inter Arch Design dated July <br />11, 2000, revision dated ,2000. <br /> <br />SITE PREPARATION. All site grading and drainage shall be subject to approval by <br />the City Engineer. <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEB,I'ENTS. The Permit-tee shall construct and install the <br />following site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and <br />location as shown on the Site & Landscape Plan. The Required Improvements are as <br />follows: <br /> <br />do <br /> <br />Site grading in accordance with the approved Grading, Drainage, Utilities, and <br />Erosion Control Plan prepared by Midwest Land Surveyors & Civil Engineers, <br />Inc. dated ., 2000. <br />Installation of bituminous driveways, parking lots and maneuvering areas. <br />Installation of B-612 continuous concrete curbing around the perimeter of all <br />existing and new bituminous surfaces. <br />Establishment of turf in areas disturbed during construction. <br />Landscaping in accordance with the Site & Landscape Plan prepared by Klick <br />Inter Arch Design, dated July 11, 2000, revision dated ,2000. <br /> <br />-233- <br /> <br /> <br />
