We offer the following <br />comments: <br /> <br />General: The plan proposes to construct a trailer retail and showroom facility. The area is <br />generally located on the north side of State Highway #10, west of Rarnsey Blvd. and east of <br />Armstrong Blvd. <br /> <br />Zoning: The site is zoned B-3 Highway Business, retail activities are a permitted use. <br /> <br />Lot Coverage: The site is 108,029 square feet (2.48 acres) and [or coverage is restricted to 35% <br />or 37,8!.0 square feet. The site plan is proposing to construct a 6,000 square foot showroom area <br />and a 1,800 square foot office area.
