NOW THEREFOR_E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RA2vISEY, AxNOKA. COf~-TY, STATE oF lVEEN'N-ESOTA, as follows: I. That Reilley Estates Parmership, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," has properly applied to rezone certain property from R-1 Rural Residential to R.-I Urban R.esidential. That the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.03 of the City Code on June 6, 2000 that was continued to July 10, 2000, and said pubIic hearing was properly advertised, and the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated by reference. 3. That the property, proposed to be rezoned is legally described as follows: That part of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Government Lot 2 and Government Lot 3; Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, except those parts of said Government Lot 2 and Government Lot 3, plat-ted as Reille7 Estates and R. eilley Estates Third Addition, according to the recorded plats, on file La the office of the County R.ecorder, Anoka County. The Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 32,. Range 25, Anoka County Minnesota, except the South 660 feet of the West 18 t .5 feet thereof. The Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Townskip 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, except the west I206 feet and except the South ~560 feet thereof. %nat the total area of the property to be rezoned is approximately seventy (75) acres in size.
