The purpose of the ordinance is to assist with design and <br />approval of urban residential subdivisions until all of Subdivision 9 of City Code can be revised <br />to reflect an approved Comprehensive Plan. This ordinance is consistent w/th the <br />Comprehensive Plan submitted to Metropolitan Council, and addresses at least one of the goals <br />in the plan by providing pedestrian connections to community facilities.
