Councilmember Hendriksen stated that he would be most interested in a project that would pull <br />all of the properties together into a n/ce project, but noted the developer should not take that as a <br />commitment that the City will condemn all the properties in order to complete the project. <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman stated that the preference of the City would be that negotiations be <br />completed first with the property owners and hold off on condemnation proceeding unless <br />absolutely necessary. <br /> <br />Consensus of the Council was to conduct a utility feasibility study and put together a <br />development package. <br /> <br />Councilmember Anderson stated that she did not think there is a unanimous decision to give out <br />a lot of TIF funds. <br /> <br />2) Logo Discussion <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Kim Moore-Sykes presented the Cotmcil with 18 logo designs <br />presented by the design artist. <br /> <br />Councilmember Connolly stated that she would like a separate logo for the water tower. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendr/Ben requested that the logo read "The City of Ramsey" rather than "City <br />of Ramsey". <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />The work session of the City Council adjourned at 6:53 p.m. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />Nanci Libor <br />Recording Secretary <br />TimeSaver Off Site Secretarial, Inc. <br /> <br /> /J_a_mgg~,E.
