16. That the proposed development will impose any undue burden on public services and <br />facilities, including fire and police protection, schools, streets, water systems, sanitary <br />sewer systems and storm sewer systems. <br />17. That the proposed development is designed in such a way as to form a desirable and unified <br />environment within its own boundaries, and also will not be detrimental to future land uses <br />in the surrounding areas. <br />18. That the proposed development is consistent with all other applicable City and State <br />regulations. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Elvig, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Look <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember McGlone <br />Councilmember Wise <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 26 day of October 2010. <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #10 -10 -241 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />
