IT ITEMS - PRICING <br />Citizen Response Module Software: <br />This software interacts with the city website and allows residents to submit questions, comments, <br />complaints, etc... via the website. For example: If a resident sees a new pothole on a city street they <br />can log in and report it to the city. The software will automatically route the information to the <br />appropriate city staff. Department managers can also track the items and produce timelines and reports <br />on all items. <br />Staff has viewed software demonstrations and gathered information from a couple of different vendors. <br />Pricing from one vendor is as follows: <br />"Annual" Pricing <br />With Annual pricing, you pay the same amount each year, as long as you use the software. <br />• Any 4 features: $3000 per year <br />• Any added feature: $300 per year <br />• For every 2 added features you buy, you get 1 free. <br />"Up- Front" Pricing <br />With Up -Front pricing, you pay an initial upfront fee and a reduced annual fee. <br />Saves you money in under 3 years and reduces costs by 60% after that. <br />• Any 4 features: $6200 first year and $1200 per year after that <br />• Any added feature: $620 first year and $120 per year after that <br />• For every 2 added features you buy, you get 1 free <br />* This pricing is in line with similar products from other vendors. <br />Additional A/V Equipment: <br />New A/V equipment would include: <br />• New ceiling mount projector in the COR conference room. <br />• New electronic whiteboard for Itasca conference room (current portable whiteboard would be <br />moved to the EOC.) <br />• LCD TV for City Administrator and Deputy City Administrator <br />COR conference room pricing: Approximately $7,000 <br />Itasca conference room pricing: Approximately $3,600 <br />LCD TV's, mounts, A /V: Approximately $3,000 <br />
