EOC Needs: <br />Misc. Equipment for the EOC room would include: <br />• Two new LCD TV's and mounts. <br />• Misc. work on the Crestron system to include the new TV's. <br />• LCD TV for Eddy Lake Room <br />• New IP phone and headset <br />• Misc. Equipment (cart, dry erase boards) <br />Approximate cost: $4,000 <br />Scanning Workstations: <br />The current scanning station equipment in the Building Department is nearly 10 years old. The <br />scanner and PC need to be replaced. The Engineering Department would like to add a scanning <br />station for project files and plans. The Engineering Department would require a high speed, <br />flatbed scanner. A high speed, flatbed scanner would also be preferable in the Building <br />Department but is not mandatory. <br />• High Speed, 11x17 Flatbed Scanner: $4,800 <br />• 8.5x11, No Flatbed: $900 <br />Laptops For Public Works Vehicles: <br />With the ability to get utility locates off of a website, VPN access to the SCADA system and <br />LOGISmap access, laptops in the public works utility vehicles would greatly reduce the time <br />spent driving back forth to the public works facity. <br />• Approximate cost: $2,000 <br />
