CONSIDER ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD <br />FOR THE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER <br /> Klm Moore-Sykes, Assistant City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br />Rhonda Heryla assumed the position of the Human Resources Manager on February 28, <br />2000. This position requires the completion of six-month probationary per/od, which Ms. <br />Heryla completed on August 28, 2000. A written performance appraisal was prepared <br />and a meeting with Ms. Heryta to discuss her performance was scheduled with the <br />Assistant City Administrator and the City Administrator.
