-234- <br /> <br />Councitmember introduced the fqllowing resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR THE FULL- <br />TIME HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER, RHONDA HERYLA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Rhonda Heryla was hired as a full-time Human Resources Manager <br />for the City of Ramsey and began work on February 28, 2000, subject to a six-month <br />probationary period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Heryla successfully completed her probationary period and her <br />performance was documented by the City Administrator and Assistant City <br />Administrator; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its September 13, 2000 meeting agreed <br />with the staff recommendation to end the probationary period for full-time Human <br />Resources Manager, Rhonda Heryla effective August 28, 2000. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAzMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />t.) <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for full-time Human <br />Resources Manager, Rhonda Heryla, effective August 28, 2000. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared dully passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 13'h day of September 2000. <br /> <br />Shared/ending probation for human resources manager.cas <br /> <br /> I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br /> I <br />i <br /> <br />I <br />! <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br /> <br /> <br />
