All trees used in developments shall be indigenous to the appropriate hardiness zones and physical characteristics of the site. (4) Berms shall be a maximum of 6 feet in height. Good quality fill suitable for berm construction and growing plant materials shall be used. Berms should be designed with aesthetic appeal by incorporating breaks and irregular groupings.. (5) Any of the following buffers may qualify as an acceptable method of attainment (in whole or in part) if deemed acceptable by the City Council: i ii iii iv Existing topographical features · Existing vegetation Wetlands, lakes and rivers County or State highways Subsection 9.50.03 (Preliminary Plat Requirements) and 9.03.06 (Site Plan) shall be amended to include the following language: Subd. 4. Traffic Generation Analysis. Residential real property platted within the MUSA after January 1, 1997, shall be subject to a traffic generation analysis which shall be provided for at the expense of the developer of the Subject Property.
