A written performance appraisal was <br />prepared indicating satisfactory performance for Ms. Miller. A meeting was held <br />between Ms. Miller and her supervisor, Kim Moore-Sykes, to review the written <br />performance appraisal. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Based on the satisfactory six-month appraisal, staff recommends that Secretary Para <br />Miller be retained as a regular full-time employee effective November 1, 2000. <br /> <br />Committee Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt resolution ending probationary period for Secretary Pam Miller and <br />granting her the status of regular full-time employee effective November 1, 2000. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />City Administrator <br />Assistant City Administrator <br /> <br />Copies also distributed to: <br />Personnel File <br /> <br />PC: 11/14/00 <br /> <br />-281- <br /> <br /> <br />
