-282- <br /> <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR FULL-TIME <br /> SECRETARY PAM MILLER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS' Para Miller was hired as a full-time Secretary in Administration for <br />the City of Ramsey and began work on May 1, 2000, subject to a s.ix-month probationary <br />period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Pam Miller has successfully completed his probationary period and <br />his performance was documented by the Assistant City Administrator; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee at its November 14, 2000, meeting agreed <br />with the staff recommendation to end the probationary period for full-time Secretary Para <br />Miller, effective November 1, 2000. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, AN'OKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for full-time Secretary Pam <br />Miller effective November 1, 2000. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councitmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following Were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 14th day of November 2000. <br /> <br />! <br />I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I, <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I' <br />I <br />i <br /> <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
