That City Code allows a total of 2,464 square feet of garage and accessory buildings on the <br />Subject Property. <br /> <br />That the second dwelling, attached garage and detached accessory building on the Subject <br />Property equals a total of 1,992 square feet' and does not violate City Code 9.11.02 <br />Accessory Uses. <br /> <br />10. That the second dwelling will not be harmonious with and in accordance with the specific <br /> objectives of the Comprehensive Plan.' <br /> <br />11. That the second dwelling will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />12. That the second dwelling will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br /> residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />13. That the second dwelling will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or <br /> market yalue of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />14. That the second dwelling will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future <br /> neighboring uses. <br /> <br />15.
