Th.is'charge must be paid pr/or to release of the plat for recording. - Draina~oe and Utilitv Easements: The standard drainage and utility easements .have been provided around the perimeter of Lot I: . Park Dedication: The Park commission recommended that park dedication consist of a cash payment. The current rate is $1200 per unit. 9. Trail Development: A trail development fee of'$300 per unit must be paid prior to release of the final plat for recording. 10. Stormwater Manazement: The City has also established a stormwater management fee of $366 per unit that is collected as part of the site plan development permit and must be paid prior to issuance of any building permits. 11. Other Permits and Licenses: The developer is responsible for any other permits or licenses that may be required fi:om agencies or jur/sdictions other than the City. The .City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 28, 2000; at the Ramsey Mun/cipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., to consider the request for final plat approval.
