-198- <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />SUNWOOD ESTATES <br /> <br />On November 28, 2000, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City) to Anoka <br />County Community Action Program, ("Permittee") to construct thirty-one (31) multi-family <br />structures ("Structures') on the property which is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Sunwood Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />the ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to ~9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />1. STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or <br /> architect. <br /> <br />2. STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The Structures shall be constructed in <br /> accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />3. SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The twinhome and quadhome structures shall be sited and <br /> constructed on the Site as shown on the Site Plan prepared by Hakanson Anderson <br /> Associates, Inc., dated October 17, 2000, revision date November 16, 2000. <br /> <br />4. SITE PREPARATION. Ail site grading and drainage shall be subject to approval by the <br /> City Engineer. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the following <br />site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location as shown on <br />the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: <br /> <br />a. Site grading in accordance with the approved Grading Plan prepared by Hakanson <br /> Anderson Associates, Inc., dated August 16, 2000, revision date October 17, 2000, <br /> revision date November 16, 2000. <br />b. Installation of bituminous private streets, driveways, parking nodes and maneuvering <br /> areas. <br />c. Installation of B-612 continuous concrete curbing and gutter around the perimeter of all <br /> bituminous surfaces, except residential driveways. <br />d. Establishment of turf in areas disturbed during construction and in' accordance with the <br /> Site Plan. <br />e. Landscaping in accordance with the Site Plan prepared by Hakanson Anderson <br /> Associates, Inc. dated August 16, 2000, revision date October 17, 2000, revision date <br /> November 16, 2000. <br /> <br />("Required Improvements). <br /> <br /> <br />
