PC CASE <br /> <br />CONSIDER ENDING PROBATIONARY PERIOD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />MAINTENANCE WORKER <br /> Rhonda Heryla, Human Resources Manager <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Jon Pearson assumed the position of Public Works Maintenance Worker on May 3, 2000, <br />and his six-month probationary period date was November 3, 2000. A written <br />performance appraisal was prepared indicating satisfactory performance for Mn PearSon. <br />A meeting was held between Mr. Pearson and his supervisor, Mark Boos, to review the <br />written performance appraisal. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Based on the satisfactory six-month appraisal, staff recommends that Public Works <br />Maintenance Worker Jon Pearson be retained as a regular full-time employee effective <br />November 3, 2000. <br /> <br />Committee Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt resol'u{ion ending probationary period for Public Works Maintenance <br />Worker Jon Pearson and granting him the status of regular full-time employee effective <br />November 3, 2000. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />City Administrator <br />Director of Public Works <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor <br /> <br />Copies also distributed to: <br />Personnel File <br /> <br />PC: 11/28/00 <br /> <br />-247- <br /> <br /> <br />
