-248- Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION # RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR FULL-TIME PUBLIC WORKS MAINTENANCE WORKER JON PEARSON WHEREAS, Jori Pearson was hired as a full-time Public Works Maintenance Worker for the City of Ramsey and began work on May 3, 2000, subject to a six-month probationary per/od; and WHEREAS, Jon Pearson successfully completed his probationary period and his performance was documented by the Director of Public Works and Parks/Utilities Supervisor; and WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its November 28, 2000, meeting a~eed with the staff recommendation to end the probationary per/od for full-time Public Works Maintenance Worker Jon Pearson, effective November 3, 2000. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF R.~MSEY, ANOIC, k COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: t) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to end the probationary per/od for full-time Public Works Maintenance Worker Jon Pearson effective November 3, 2000. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the foll0wing voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 28th day of November 2000.
