A written performance <br />appraisal was prepared indicating satisfactory performance for Mr. Olson. A meeting <br />was held between Mr. Olson and his supervisor, Dean Kalpler, to review the written <br />performance appraisal. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Based on the satisfactory six-month appraisal, staff recommends that City Engineer Brian <br />Olson be retained as a regular full-time employee effective November 30, 2000. <br /> <br />Committee <br /> Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt resolu{ion ending probationary period for City Engineer.Brian Olson and <br />granting him the status of regular full-time employee effective November 30, 2000. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />City Administrator <br />Director of Public Works <br /> <br />Copies also distributed to: <br />Personnel File <br /> <br />PC: 1 i/28/00 <br /> <br />=251- <br /> <br /> <br />
